Where to write
An email address for support, legal, privacy, copyright and refund correspondence will be published on this page. It is not in place yet.
What to include
- The email address on your account.
- Your photo number, if you have one, in the form #000123.
- What you would like us to do.
Never send a password, a card number, or any other payment detail. We will never ask for one.
Reporting an entry
Use the Report this image control on the entry’s own page. It carries the number with it, which is faster than describing the entry in an email. Copyright reports may also be sent by email — see copyright.
Refunds and payment questions
The refund policy sets out what happens in each case. In short: if you paid and did not receive your number, write to us and the payment is refunded in full.
Include your account email and, if one was issued, your number. Please do not send card details — see above.
