Shipping and delivery
One in Million is a digital service. There is nothing to ship.
Last updated 1 September 2026
No physical goods
One in Million does not sell, produce, ship or deliver any physical item. There are no prints, no certificates, no merchandise and no packaging.
Because nothing is posted, we do not collect a postal address, and there are no shipping charges, customs duties, delivery windows or carriers involved in any purchase.
What is delivered, and when
An entry is delivered digitally and immediately. Delivery consists of:
- A permanent photo number, allocated by the server as soon as payment is confirmed and shown to you at once.
- A place in the competition, held against your account.
- A public entry page at your number, once the entry has passed review.
The number and the entry exist from the moment payment is confirmed. Publication follows human review, which is a separate step — see terms of entry, clause 06.
How long review takes
Review is done by a person, so it is not instant. Your entry and your number are yours in the meantime, and your submission is visible to you — and only to you — while it waits.
Availability
The service is available internationally, anywhere the law permits participation. There is no delivery restriction by country, because there is no delivery.
If something goes wrong
If a payment is confirmed and no number is issued, the payment is refunded in full — see refunds. Questions go through the contact page.
